On the day of your appointment
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your service.

Cancellations
When you book an appointment at Bumble and bumble, we reserve the time and space especially for you. We have an updated cancellation policy to ensure appointments are reserved for confirmed clients.

We respectfully require at least 24 hours’ notice if you are not able to come to your appointment. For any client who cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled appointment fee on the day of service. Barring exceptional circumstances, any calls received after a client’s appointment time begins will be considered a “no-show” and you will be charged 100% of your scheduled appointment fee on the day of service.

We will waive our 24-hour cancellation policy during this time for any client who has Covid-19. Please kindly call to inform our team as soon as possible that you are staying home for safety reasons.

Gratuities
Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients. However, all tipping must be done in cash; tips cannot be added onto credit card charges. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex, cash or Visa or Mastercard debit cards. No personal checks.
