Bb.Rewards is the Bumble and bumble online rewards program. As you shop, you’ll rack up points, and we’ll exchange these points for exclusive gifts, offers, special events, and more.
You can join Bb. Rewards by signing up at bumbleandbumble.com and following the prompts to register. In order to sign up, you must provide your first name, last name, email address and create a password. There is no cost to join.
The Bb. Rewards program is available to anyone who is a resident of the United States (including its territories and possessions), at least of 18 years of age or older and who provide and maintain a valid email address. Employees of The Estée Lauder Companies and individuals employed by our business partners or vendors are eligible for membership for personal use only, but may be excluded from certain program benefits.
By becoming a Bb. Rewards member, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Program Terms & Conditions and by the terms of our Privacy Policy, website Terms and Conditions and by any changes or modifications we may make.

Bb. Rewards is a loyalty program that rewards customers for purchasing Bumble and bumble products and participating in pre-defined brand experiences. It is a tier-based program determined by the number of points a member has earned within a single year on eligible purchases and through qualifying activities, beginning on the date when you enroll. There are 3 tiers with associated benefits:
When you join, you’ll automatically be placed in Tier 1and be eligible for all the benefits Tier 1 members receive. Once you spend at least $150 in your first year, you’ll be automatically moved up to Tier 2. If you spend USD $350 or more in your first year, you’ll qualify for Tier 3.
Your status in a particular tier is good for the year in which you qualify for that tier and the following full year. After that, you’ll need to spend enough on eligible purchases to qualify for that tier each year. For example, if you qualify for Tier 2, during your first year, you’ll maintain Tier 2 status during your second year. But, if you spend less than USD $150 on eligible purchases and qualifying activities during your second year, you’ll drop back down to Tier 1 status on your second anniversary date.
The higher the tier, the better the benefits.
As a member, you earn points that determine your points benefits plus your tier and tier benefits.
Points Benefits: At different point levels, you will be able to redeem your points for rewards that can be used in conjunction with a purchase on bumbleandbumble.com. These rewards are based on the total number of points you have accumulated in a single year as listed below. You may redeem one reward per transaction on bumbleandbumble.com. You must redeem your available points prior to your anniversary date, or the available rewards will expire. On your anniversary date, your points reset to 0 and you start accumulating new points and earning new rewards.
Tier Benefits: Certain benefits are based on tier achieved and you are eligible for these benefits while you are in that tier regardless of the number of points you currently have. Tier benefits can only be redeemed on bumbleandbumble.com with the exception of exclusive in-store member events and VIP events or as otherwise noted. On your anniversary date, even though your points reset to zero, your initial tier status for the year is determined by the total number of points you earned in the prior year.
Tier 1: Made the Cut: Spend USD $0–$149 per year
Tier 2: Fringe Benefits: Spend USD $150–$349 per year
Tier 3: Best Tressed: Spend USD $350 per year and above
To earn points, you must be enrolled in Bb. Rewards within 7 days of the date of purchase. Bb. Rewards members receive 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases on bumbleandbumble.com*. Eligible purchases include regular priced merchandise and exclude eGift Cards, sales tax, state fees, discounts, shipping and delivery charges and/or other excluded charges specified by us from time-to-time.
Members will not receive points or benefits from retail purchases made at airport store locations or from purchases made at retailers. Purchases made outside of the United States are also not eligible for Bb. Rewards.
On each anniversary of your enrollment date, your accumulated points for the previous year will expire and your points will reset at zero.
* All points are pending until your order ships, at which time they are fully matured.
When you redeem your points for product rewards, the available points in your account will decrease based on the amount of points you redeemed.
Points are valid for one year from your Bb. Rewards anniversary date. On your anniversary date each year, your available points expire and reset to zero and you start accumulating new points to redeem for new rewards.
On your anniversary date, even though your points reset to zero, your tier status is determined by the number of points earned in the prior year.
This is the anniversary of the date when you enrolled in the Bb. Rewards program, and it occurs on a 12-month cycle. For example, if you joined Bb. Rewards on November 15, 2018, your anniversary date would be November 15, 2019, and every November 15 of each year following.

In year one of your Bb. Rewards membership, your tier status is determined by the points you accumulate during that first year. After year one on your anniversary date, your points reset to zero, and you can start earning points benefits again. While your points decrease when you redeem them for points benefits and reset each year on your anniversary date, your initial tier status for the year is determined by the points you accumulated each prior year of membership, and you are eligible for those tier benefits regardless of the number of points you have.
You can check your Bb. Rewards account status by visiting your account online at bumbleandbumble.com where you can track your current points, tier and available benefits. All points are pending until your order ships, at which time they are fully matured.
It may take up to 7 days from the time your order ships for points for eligible purchases to post to your account. It may also take up to 7 days for points for other Bb. Rewards activities to post to your account. If points have not been credited to your account within 7 days, please contact Customer Service via live chat or by calling 1-866- 513-0498.
Any product that is returned or any order that is cancelled will reverse the points you received from that purchase. If you moved up to a new tier on that order, your tier will also be adjusted accordingly.
If it is found that an order is obtained through fraudulent or other activity that violates the Bb. Rewards Terms & Conditions, those points and your tier status, if applicable, will also be reversed.
Your Bb. Rewards offers and rewards can be redeemed on bumbleandbumble.com at checkout with your purchase. You will find your eligible offers and rewards (with offer codes if applicable) listed in your personal account. Details on event rewards will be provided for each event when the time comes.
Rewards can only be redeemed when making a purchase on bumbleandbumble.com except for special online events, in-store member events, and VIP member events. You must be logged in to your Bb. Rewards account to use your benefits.
During the month of your birthday, you can redeem your Birthday Gift on bumbleandbumble.com by making a purchase and applying your offer code, which will be emailed to you during your birthday month if you have provided your birth date in your account profile. Birthday gifts must be redeemed during your birthday month or the following month. For example, if your birth date is October 13, you must redeem your gift by November 30, otherwise the offer will expire. You must be logged into your Bb. Rewards account to redeem your birthday gift. There is a limit of one Birthday Gift per member per year and Birthday Gifts cannot be transferred, delayed, exchanged or returned.
At 400 points, you are eligible to redeem points for a Free Full-Size product with any purchase on bumbleandbumble.com. To redeem your points, log into your Bb. Rewards account and choose one of the eligible products on your account page and add it to your bag. If you do not redeem your available points before your anniversary date, your points will expire. Product rewards are subject to availability and cannot be exchanged or returned for points, another product or a monetary refund.
From time to time, Bb. Rewards members will be offered early access to shop select products before they are offered for sale to the general public. Qualifying members will receive email invitations when these offers are made available. Members must login to their accounts to redeem this benefit. These offers are available for a limited time and while supplies last.
The Anniversary Gift is exclusively for our Tier 2 and 3 members. During the month of your anniversary, you can redeem your Anniversary Gift on bumbleandbumble.com by making a purchase and applying your offer code, which will be emailed to you during your anniversary month. You must be logged into your Bb. Rewards account to redeem your anniversary gift. Anniversary Gifts must be redeemed during the month of your Bb. Rewards anniversary, or the offer will expire. There is a limit of one Anniversary Gift per member per year and Anniversary Gifts cannot be transferred, delayed, exchanged or returned.

No. Products received as a reward (e.g., birthday gift, free full-size products, etc.) through Bb. Rewards cannot be returned or exchanged for money or any other products or points.
Yes. Points expire on your anniversary date, at which time they reset to zero. You must redeem your available points before your anniversary date, or your eligible points benefits and product rewards will expire on your anniversary date each year.
Tier benefits are valid for as long as you are in a specific tier. If you move down a tier, your benefits change accordingly.

Membership will expire if a member has not redeemed or made a purchase for a period of 24 months or more.
Yes. We may, in our sole discretion, cancel, modify, restrict or terminate Bb. Rewards or any aspect or feature of this loyalty program at any time without prior notice, even though such changes may affect the value of points and benefits already accumulated or earned and/or the ability to redeem accumulated points and benefits.
Bumble and bumble, in its sole discretion, can terminate any member for any reason including, but not limited to, any failure to comply with the Bb. Rewards Terms & Conditions and/or our website Terms & Conditions.
If your membership is terminated or expires, points and benefits in your account will automatically terminate.

No. Neither accounts nor Bb. Rewards points and benefits may be shared or combined. Only the member paying for the products may accumulate points and benefits.
No. Points and benefits earned through Bb. Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and you have no property rights in the points and benefits. Products received as a Bb. Rewards reward cannot be returned or exchanged for money or any other products or points.
You can manage your marketing email preferences in your account on bumbleandbumble.com and from the link at the bottom of each of our marketing emails. Email communications from Bumble and bumble give you news on the latest looks, launches, tips, trends, offers and more. In any instance in which you opt out of receiving marketing emails from Bumble and bumble, you will continue to receive transactional emails (i.e. your birthday gift offer code, etc.) related to your Bb. Rewards account.
